Rent directly from owner!!!! This is a recently renovated oceanfront studio in the heart of South Beach; 2 blocks to Lincoln Road, Convention Center. No need to rent a car the hotel is walking distance to everything on South Beach: shops, dining, etc. There is city parking right on 18th Street, and a larger parking center on 20th Street (meters run for $1.25/hr 9AM – midnight). Otherwise, you can obtain public transportation right by the Hotel front.
The Shelborne is a hotel/condo, which means that I own my room. Renting directly from me, you will save a substantial amount of money over the Hotel rate; however, you will not have room / maid service nor parking privileges. As my guest, you will, however, have access to all amenities offered by the hotel.
Some include: WiFi ($16.00 /day), access to pool area (2 hot tubs, main pool, complementary pool towels), restaurants located in the hotel, karaoke bar, gym with sauna, etc. There is a beautiful sandy beach with rentable umbrellas and chairs for you to enjoy, as well as a walkway with the ocean breeze and great palm trees for that relaxing, early morning / late afternoon walk.
The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable ocean view with a queen size bed, queen size sofa bed, hardwood floors, TV/DVD combo, large refrigerator, kitchenette (microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, flatware, glasses), dinette set with four chairs, satin sheets, and towels for your comfort. Beach chairs / towels are provided upon request.
I want my guests to feel comfortable and experience the South Beach life. But I also expect mature guests who will take care of my property and appreciate the time and effort I have put into making this an unforgettable stay for you.
Rates range from $79 /night (summer) to $200 during peak season, but also have weeklong / weekend specials — depends on dates requested. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee.
