it is literally walking distance to everything! 1 block to the sand,
a half a block to all major shopping/restaraunts and nightlife!

a semi private sundeck right off this unit has a awesome jacuzzi that is rarely used.
this is a great spot to stay on vacation for cheap, but near everything.
I have been renting this out with a 100% satisfaction rate for the past 3 years.
