Mauna Kai 1 – Air conditioned stand alone home with 360 degree ocean and mountain views. 1500 sq. ft. on three floors provide privacy for all in this three bedroom, 3 bath condo. Well appointed kitchen, personal barbecue, wine chiller; condiments, spice rack AND KONA COFFEE supplied. Beach supplies, coolers, backpacks, sporting equipment, car kits provided. The master bedroom has a king bed and private lanai. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. There are also two floor futon mattresses suitable for children.
Ocean view home located in a park like setting, large pool, walk to the beach all offered at an introductory rate of $160/nt. $195 Christmas. $200 outcleaning fee.
