The Condo:
Beautifully decorated studio with fully-equipped complete kitchen. Double bed and separate sitting area with a twin sofabed. On top floor with awesome ocean and shoreline views off the large lanai. Centrally located, yet quiet for sleeping. Air conditioned. Cable television.
The Building:
The Seashore. Secure, quiet and nostalgic Hawaii. The building has laundry facility. Limited reserved parking located nearby at $10./day. There is no pool, but–then again–the ocean is a 3 minute walk.
The Location:
One-half block to the Hula Mound on Waikiki Beach (Shows nightly). Between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Spa and the Waikiki Resort Hotel, the Seashore is in an extremely convenient area: Within one block, you will find many restaurants and shops, 24 Fitness Gym, The Village Square,etc, In two blocks, Kapiolani Park with the Honolulu Zoo, The Waikiki Shell, and The Aquarium are at your doorstep. In short, the best location.
The Price:
$495./week for two week min. One week–$550. w/ add’l nights at $74.ea. Monthly rates lower. Tax of 11.96%. One-time cleaning fee of $85. $200. security/damage deposit, refunded within two weeks of departure.
