Resort rental ordinance hangs in balance (Naples Daily News)
Marco’s Planning Board voted 4-3 on key points in a resort dwelling rental ordinance which is being considered in order to both permit renting short term in residential neighborhoods and then to govern those properties. About 75 residents present at Friday’s meeting also appeared to be about evenly split on key segments of the ordinance.
